Unfortunately it seems to be really attached to the wall (of course, when you want it to stay on it comes off, and vicea versa).I have had someone suggest doing the entire wall in drywall mud and sanding but waaaaay too much work.

Surprised you can't build attached with RSA-3 Zoning. 9' would definitely not be wide enough to attract tenants or buyers.

I would be funding the down payment and closing costs with capital partners and offering them 70% equity.From what I understand I would form an LLC with my partner so both of our names would be attached to it.

You might have your eye on the benefits mentioned above and forget that there are a number of obligations that come attached.

I have two separate additional liability policies attached to the properties.
