Either way, you would need to bring out civil engineers and architects to determine the feasibility of building on either lot, but the Amesbury listing looks like a standard level lot, so logistically it will definitely be a quicker process than the Brockton listing.You can do a lot of the legwork yourself to speed things up. 

Logistically speaking, if you live in New York, there is no reason you can’t buy a property in California and turn it into your own personal cash cow.

It was a logistical mess for a fire which requires immediate response to mitigate further damage.

So IMO, the best time to buy, is when the average investor is saying no, because of the unknowns--- as long as you believe in the area, and you know the logistics as to why it's a strong long term bet.   

From a logistics standpoint, South side seems like a safe bet.

Hello All,I had a couple questions regarding the best way structure and form the LLCs for my rental properties…….and some of the logistics behind it.

I've been actively looking for someone who understands all the Fannie/Freddie logistics and has worked with someone in my situation before but I haven't had any luck sourcing that lender/bank/credit union yet hence why I'm posting here.

Either way, you'll get an absurd amount of training before you ever close a deal and "pay" so the logistics of it isn't as important as the concept to me.

I cant see the logistics of move out on the 30th and move in on the 1st, so I'm assuming that you are giving yourself time to clean the property and get it ready for new tenants?
