We currently use Tenant Cloud for our park and it does most of what we need it to do regarding invoicing, rent collection automation (online via bank transfer (Dwolla), credit card (stripe), or Paypal), online leases, background checks, and maintenance requests.

True, I handle leases, renewals and maintenance separately, but those are procedural items and any costs from maintenance is easily entered via the QB Invoice system.It's all been a non issue for me.
