Owning rentals unless your a massive slumlord is just not a target that any attorney is going to go after the cases are not worth any real money..But hey if you like the land trust then does not sound like they harm anything other than the aforementioned if your trying to build credit facilities.Like I said I am doing my first one's next week in florida and from what I understand its a nice way to do a quasi partnership which allows me to move capital in with out recorded security doc.. but give me ownership in the asset.. which is how I do my JV's

It's not the assignment so much as the conduct in connection with contracting, what you might say, the undisclosed intentions, the deceptive practice of "omitting facts" (another aspect of bank fraud) applicable to a transaction.While in the past, these issues with those in FC were pretty much ignored, not now, probably due to the rise of the scams and false contracts that harmed the borrower and other related parties, especially lenders.

If there was any harmful  mold detected I would immediately remediate.The safety and well being of my clients is important to me - and even more importantly:  it is the Right Thing to do.And also, a standard measure in Law is defined as:  What a reasonable man would have, or should have done.
