If there story doesn't make sense, get on your detective hat.

The main things I am concerned about are:1) the affordability of the market (I would like to buy multi family properties for between 100K - 250K) 2)Seasonality of the market (I would prefer there not be a huge difference in occupancy between the highest and lowest months)3) regulations, I want to stay away from markets that have very strict regulations on STR like Nashville, Orlando etc..Any type of insight hat I could get would be very much appreciated.Thanks everyone.David

I've always accepted the fact that Chicago's neighborhoods can go from good to bad at the flip of a hat, but I've never really questioned why until now.So, to back up, I took a drive through South Shore last week to follow up on some potential leads.  

It's some cloak and dagger stuff to say so, it feels very tinfoil-hat to say such right.

I don't know know why everyone continues to throw their hat in the ring just to get some rude retort.

(black hat SEO... illegal SEO), or people simply think that site really is that good (they stick to the site book mark it, come back tomorrow, scroll to the pages (obviously trying to find me).. etc. etc.. the point is that Google sees that people are interested in that site for the keyterm: "Who is the most handsome man on this planet..."
