The San Antonio market appears less vulnerable, although San Antonio RE prices don't seem to buck the trend of what happens in the TX leading index:I would expect home price appreciation to slow in San Antonio because of the decline in the TX leading index and the significantly slower job growth.

Our forms in KC provided by KCRAR has a specific line in the Rental Listing Agreement that states, "Broker is not authorized to execute any document in the name of or on behalf of Owner concerning the Property.".

The FHA r90 day restriction is from your acquisition escrow date to the "execution of the purchase contract" for an FHA buyer, not their closing date.

To better explain, if a rental property is purchased with 25% down and nothing is done to increase the value of the property and then a cash out refi is executed in 3-4 years time.
