Other than google sheets or iOS excel, are there any decent spreadsheet apps so you can crunch your numbers on the go in the field?

Biggerpockets has excellent landlord leases and other forms. 

They are both excellent areas, i have investments in both. 

What locations in the US would you recommend to invest in for multi units that have (1) strong rental market (2) excellent cashflow?

Sadly, the excellent attorney who set up dad's trust, retired years ago; I've been trying to find another near us without success.
