As for me, I also am not opposed to spending money on high level training and networking, as long as it truely is high level and elevating.

Animals should be in a carrier, or held by the handler in confined spaces such as elevators and stairways.

The shift that we have made as a society from 40/50 years ago has elevated us to the point where everyone wants to achieve more and more.

If clear and brief elevator pitches are evasive, you may get in front of the person you desire, but you likely will not be ready and as a result may not be taken seriously.

In the hot markets, sellers are pushing rent proformas which in turn elevate their asking price.

You go up the elevator and get checked in where you empty your pockets for the metal detector.You then sit and wait…and wait…as other cases come up.

If you end up selling it and purchasing in the same market area, there is a real possibility that the gain is relative in that the prices of the next deal will also be equally elevated.

Add in, what I would call a low return for an elevated risk, & I don't see these types being a bargain for the first-time Cali landlord.
