THAT is a key distinction.Another distinction which usually keeps people poor is the difference between "saving" (read: not spending, a consumer concept) and earning or profiting (an entrepreneurial concept).

One other point I would add: I have no idea if Georgia law recognizes any meaningful distinction between a "land trust" and a "revocable living trust."

All three areas do really well with STR but each have their own distinct feel.  

Let's calculate that out and see that it is similar to the overage with one big distinction.
