Okay I need help trying to find a private lender .I  found at 2 unit house I offered the owner  $65,000 for it .the house is in decent condition .

Heard back from my agent today after he did a walk through that there will need to have some foundation work done, so most likely will back out.

Manufactured housing on a permanent foundation can be bank financed (VA, FHA & conventional) if it remains in it's initial location.
