@Sam Liu you might consider Reverse 1031 Exchange to avoid some of the challenges you mentioned you faced with timing and traditional 1031 exchange. 

However, there may also be new challenges, such as dealing with shifts in buyer expectations and navigating the evolving brokerage landscape.

Oh I meant that "this is the reality of owning a STR" post and was hoping people could challenge my initial points and maybe add one or two.
