I have used LIma one on my personal new builds  ..

Double the maintenance and capex on a 40's built home as compared to a 2010 build home and then let me know if it cashflows that much better. 

I would need to figure out the building and land, mortgages, contributions, improvements and such.

It's just a question if they are willing to share them.Sure I could build these out, but I am much better at buying houses than I am setting up CRMs and am hoping someone out there would be up to helping another investor out. 

Question: When buying an old building (constructed in 1900 with an effective build year of 1960), what should I look out for and ask about?
