@Richard Lindman Such an arrangement may be deemed to be a prohibited transaction under what's known as the "step transaction" or "straw man" rules...so, while many may be using this strategy, it probably isn't prudent for them to announce it in a public forum.Could you provide the source that indicates such an arrangement is allowed?
