Most adults don't even fit in a modern tub unless it is over sized or a claw foot.

Honestly, I think teens listen more to older teens/ young adults more so than their teachers or parents.

Sometimes having an extra adult can be a benefit to the landlord especially if the main person is laid off or can’t find work .

You might have to work twice as hard To prove that you will be successful at real estate as an (adult with your own houses and not your families).

I would think a queen would be better as you can fit 2 kids or 2 adults, just a little more versatile.

There’s plenty of government programs for housing , there’s plenty of schooling programs for adults .plenty of handouts and right now there’s plenty of jobs .. so now comes the question ; why are there still low income adults who can’t get ahead in society ?

It seems like he needs a friend more than he needs a landlord, so focus your energy on encouragement and support. 24 is a tough age for a lot of folks- you're an "adult" but don't necessarily have the tools to create an "adult" life.

@Caleb Heimsoth  having been in real estate my entire adult life.. thats all we do is talk about real estate.and what we did and how well we did on a deal.. it sad that you work in an environment were you feel that sharing your success's will be ill received..
