The margins are slim ($200/dr) and I was very pro-Houston a few months ago, but may move my search elsewhere.My criteria is 3/2's or larger in excellent school districts built 2007 or later.

I have no experience with them, however I am very suspicious of any similar type organization because I know how slim tax lien margins can be a a large scale.

There you will deff be the owner of the property. 95% of liens get redeemed so your odds of hitting the jackpot on a lien are pretty slim.

I'd also recommend a walk through by someone (inspector or other trusted party) because there is the slim possibility that your properties are not in the shape you assume they are in.

credit rescue and foreclosure rescue which I have done quite a bit in my years.. the chance of anyone buying it back are pretty slim.. so whatever you do get yourself in a position to own the home.Myself I made them deed the house to me straight away.. then Gave them the option to buy it back. that way when they fail and they will you own the house you move on
