And that is why I went over there just to test myself and see how I would do as far as talking to people on how I can help them in their situation, I would have liked to be with a professional and see how they do it but I am not the type to pay thousands for mentoring and I know the only way I will learn is by practicing and getting out there I appreciate your feedback Carlton, maybe if your open to it we could meet and if you have any pointers you would be willing to give that would be great.

Ideally you get one person who does everything but sometimes that is not practical or realistic so you figure out what is best weighing cost and providing quality service to your community. 

It was more motivational than practical, I don’t feel like I could flip houses as easily as they promote at this point, they do upsale the software and the advanced training as essential but you would have to invest more money

But instead, they would rather their wreckless business practices be exposed online than just writing us a check to make good on their mistakes!!!

The attitude is one of collaboration, group sharing & learning from each other's best practices and ideas.

They'll agree to practically anything to just move the property and get some money for it.
