I re read my post and it sounds a little confusing.

I read the agreement cover to cover the first time through, sent the agent 3 small changes, it came back and I checked to be sure those were incorporated and then signed but did not re-read the entire document.

Read and reread those books until you  know what your talking about, then your next step is just networking with people in your REIA.

That should be the endeavor (make a good loan) not an anticipation of a discount and then trying to out run it (making a bad loan).As I re-read the second post it mentions an offer came in requesting these terms.
