Watching calisthenics athletes pull off incredible bodyweight feats to some hype up music makes me visualize what is possible and what perfect form looks like.

Having worked in music, events and film, I would say I'm pretty creative and have good taste (that's the positive side of my upbringing). 

Down time as per what the guys set like, after 11 pm no loud TV, or music.

Basically, you can sometimes get US-level rents on a property you bought at Mexican prices.

And when the music stops, I'm trying to make sure I'm standing by ready to be a willing buyer when most have left. 

They actually hire these out of state guys to fix the sloppy jobs of local workers who screwed up the erection of their buildings, so i don't really buy into that they will be cutting corners by hiring unskilled mexicans to be competitive
