I'd basically be using zillow/google maps at this point...not very strong for getting an accurate feel for whether it's a good deal, no matter how good I am with numbers.

The daily show has helped me have a consistent presence in iTunes and via Google searches.

I would recommend googling attorney written lease is in North Carolina to see if you can find anything similar.
