I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they to the showing, and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.

If I can do it with some one time fees (and I think I can) and it doesn’t cost a lot to maintain each year I would eventually like to move my rentals into some sort of entity to get my name out of the public record.I value my privacy and would like to eventually be anonymous with regards to what and how much real estate I own

It is the assignment of the beneficial interest to the LLC that provides the asset protection.A land trust can provide anonymity if you use a third party trustee to be listed on title.
