This has no relevance to the issue at hand.What I do know is people with various social and economic backgrounds are affected differently have have a damn right to protest whether the heck you feel they should or not and do not have to move a damn inch because you feel they should"...All I am saying is people as a whole need to complain less..."

If the walls don't use latex paint, use a product TSP to clean every inch of the walls (be sure to use proper protection & ventilation).

This is good news because we need to get into the next phase of the project as soon as we can.post 18 - electricalWith the project gaining a little momentum by having multiple crews on site, I was pleased to see some more progress today with the electricians beginning work on the main floor and the mechanical work complete on one house.By the time I made it to site the electricians had already put up all the housings for the 4 inch LED pot lights.

When you multiply this times the number of deals you have going at the same time (1 per year), you are actually falling behind, more and more, with every new deal, until the very end of year 6 when you start to "inch" your way back to even.Reusing that same cash, over and over, means you are ahead from the first day...and increasing that positive income with every new "use" of those same funds.
