I guess I'm not surprised because when I call my fellows agents, half or more of them can't be bothered to pick up their phone and would rather text, or whenever they actually pick up they always sound like they are at Target or getting a massage in the middle of the day, and not actually working. 

Pick up the phone and at least call 2-3 hours a day.

This property is in a great area for me in North Arlington (great schools, stones throw away from a huge community park, and close to I30), and the plan is to live in it for a year or so before renting it out (I’m sure I’ll be picking your brains when the time comes!).

Because they're often taking a travel position just for the money, they tend to pick up extra shifts whenever they can so they work a LOT.

If I'm picking the house, and we're just negotiating and it's all me.

When I see houses in C areas in need of rehab being advertised as 150 a square foot by wholesalers as well as on the MLS, it makes me realize it will likely be slim pickings for a while.

Just know that they are going to nit pick you on stupid little things.

Have you picked up any lots here to build yet?

If you hire a friend or just pick someone randomly you will get mediocre results.
