There are definitely carriers that require things like security systems, water detection systems, they want the alarm to have a call out feature, the smoke detectors in the property to be tied into the security system on the chance of a fire, and also cameras.

When I'm not home they drive cranes and lifts into my driveway, I've had to install security cameras and call the police (and to be clear, I'm not a grumpy problem-seeking person, I'm mostly relaxed and hey, let people do their thing).

Our family gave back around 50k in donations to our local cities and organizations last year from thermal cameras to the fire department, little league teams, childrens hospital and many more.AND there are countless investors out there just like me who along with creating wealth and financial freedom have a true passion to help the community and yes.......solve problems.I grew up in the projects and a trailer court very poor, but unlike your comment that poor people can’t get themselves out of the past and revert to some negative activity, growing up poor is the fuel to be the best version of myself each day and work harder so that myself and those around me never have to experience that life again.

He said a camera won't be able to get through the clog, and hydrojetting only works occasionally.Anyone have any experience with this scenario before?

@Jordan LittleWe are planning to switch to self managing from 7 hours away.. we are thinking about having internet during turnover times with electronic keypads and possibly even a camera to monitor for security during showings (then removing for tenant move in).

Lots of drugs in the city so either plan on keeping a presence and maybe surveillance cameras or run your numbers so that the building will afford you a good management company.
