Are Comps acquired through a Property Profile/Title Company as reliable as getting a CMA through an Agent?

That means having a reliable contractor and marketing/good Realtor in place to turn the property. 

I would say she had a reliable money making monthly portfolio for sure. 

Any leads for someone reliable would be amazing. 

If a wholesaler lands a great deal, are they going to pass it to you or to a bigger operation that is reliable and will take every available deal. 

Any suggestions would be helpful, and if I can get a reliable contact, I should be able to provide business for them a few times a year.
