I was recommended to this site just today.   

Hi Guys,I have a site plan  created using old floor plans.

We've ranked this as a Class D Neighborhood!

It’s just a site where wholesalers post their “deals” that they can’t sell to locals.

At the end of the day to combat that the rehabber hired retired cops who were on site to check ID of all the workers and that really cut down the theft..

There are no 1 bed in the 1 mile radius that I can see in the rental sites like zillow, realtor, apartments.I am not sure if I priced the condo correctly as I relied on rentometer completely.Reduced price once but no leads so far.

Second, identify the type of property they demand (ex. well-built townhouse or duplex, with on-site laundry, amenities, built 1980 to 2010, private entrance, etc..). 

Do you think it is worth it to be on these niche sites? 

If you are buying site unseen make sure to extensively use google maps and get a good idea of what the neighborhood looks like.
