There is a big difference.Social Services to me means section 8 housing vouchers, food stamp existant, and other welfare benefits.Social Security (whether you agree with the program or not) is based on repayment of money you earned while working and supposedly placed into a trust for retirement.

I ended up just getting an umbrella insurance policy to manage some of the liablily risk but when it come to future lending and programs I think it would be benifitial to move them into an LLC but what are the chances I lose my loan structure for transferíng from a personal conventional ownership to an LLC.

Your repercussion has already happened.People who sue HUD, sue all of us.Able people who accept sec 8, landlord or tenant, are abusing an otherwise noble social program, if they position themselves to qualify as a financial strategy, rather than qualifying for reasons of bad luck.

Overall I like the program but agree people have too high of expectations and think it's a magical tool that solves every problem.My favorite is when the annual inspection comes through with such detailed line items like "fix door".Literally doesn't tell you what needs to be fixed, what door, etc.

They tried to keep the money until I pointed it out being in the acceptance letter due to knowing the date closing was on. also take in account how long it would be for them to do the paperwork. it is the government associated program, so you know they like to take their time on paperwork.

When I was in high school we have a Business class, an automotive shop and even a building trades program where the class would divide into AM and PM groups where land would be bought and entitled then they under the supervision of an incredible teacher named Gene would build a home and sell it after completion.
