Me and my wife as well are planing to move to WPB before the year ends!

Your experience is common in many areas but as a local I hate seeing Cleveland painted this way - it's real, it happens, thankfully it hasn't been my experience... yet.You landed the plane and didn't lose money so that's a win - I am seeing a lot of failed flips popping up on/off market and the sellers (at this time) are not willing to take the pain needed to get off their failed projects.

There could be a niche market renting to people with small planes who like the airport crowd and need a place to stay during their visits or stopovers. 

I’m planing on following this same path by next year.

If I listened to everyone in my life I would not being writing this at 30 years old on a Wednesday afternoon in my house planing my next adventure! 

There are still some good investments to be had up here, but as long as you need to take a 4 hour plane ride to visit your investment you might as well look at the whole country and find the best return for your time and dollars.If you’re still set on our market then @Chris S.’s summary was spot on...

If you are not in that area, get on a plane and fly to meet them.

So the International travel that we depend heavily on has been sporadic at best and I feel once the planes start flying, the demand and appetite for what we have will cause a huge influx again.

They can convert any asset, car, plane, home or a strip center from it's real life business form into a single, managable and transferable entity.

I'd hop on a plane and oversee the work myself.
