At some point, action is the necessity, and I guarantee your friends of friends with scads of sub-2 experience did not shred their nails at night over due on sale.stated in another way, due on sale might matter if plan to do 100's of deals (probability), miss mortgage payments, and/or flaunt deed transfer docs frivilously before the eyes of the mortgagee.

If you were somehow able to do that you would deduct say $1000 you "paid" yourself, and then you would have to claim the $1000 on your taxes as income.Basically there is no necessity to pay yourself because if the property is in your name it is all your income, and an LLC is also a pass through entity for taxes so it works the same way.

No party dealing with the Trustee in relation to the Trust Property in any manner whatsoever, and, without limiting the foregoing, no party to whom the property or any part of it or any interest in it shall be conveyed, contracted to be sold, leased or mortgaged by the Trustee, shall be obliged to see to the application of any purchase money, rent or money borrowed or otherwise advanced on the property; to see that the terms of this Trust Agreement have been complied with; to inquire into the authority, necessity or expediency of any act of the Trustee; or be privileged to inquire into any of the terms of this Trust Agreement.
