Hey Don't misunderstand.

@Brice Hall, I think you're actually misunderstanding something fundamental about capital expenses.

The reason I'm looking for this information is because the program is very tenant friendly and therefore I'm limited in what I can do to get tenants out of my property so that I can renovate so I need to be aware of things that would lead them to basically get themselves kicked out because it would be a major failure on my part if I focus only on what I can do and then miss an opportunity.just because I know people are going to misunderstand what I'm saying here let me illustrate.

If you dont believe that statement then you have a fundamental misunderstanding of investing basics.  

I'd say that if your opinion is this stuff will just fade away, IMO you're under some gross misunderstanding of the scope of the agency and the Act, this is no small deal.I expect those that violate the law will likely be examples.

Answer: Invest money together. hahaIt's kind of a joke but it's really kind of serious because it happens much more than people think it will and unless everyone knows their role and even more important stays in their lane then clashes, misunderstanding, bad feelings and unresolved issues will haunt you for years even after the investment has been disposed of.  

ya sorry for the huge misunderstanding, I may be new here but I know that investing 400k is not gonna magically give me 1 million a year out of no where.

It appears to me that many important details were not initially disclosed and thus, many misunderstandings have taken place in this thread.

(bonus point)The barrier of entry for brokers such as yourself (which there are thousands of) is a bit of a misunderstanding of how purchasing assets in single or bulk formats really works.  

Sounds like a combination of a very vague contract and possibly a misunderstanding of a description of the scope of work.
