Hello Wendell,I just listened to your podcast for the third time as I didn't fully understand your concepts the first two times but this time it was different because of meeting you personally and seeing your team in action I can visualize what you explain.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but I would like to see members with a profile that has been inactive for a year or more be moved to a "special location".

You hit the nail on the head , I talked to nearby buisness owners, and they said the pizza store was in action for 18 months , the proprietor was renting the space from the building owner , he bought all the equipment on credit , unfortunately for him the buisness just never took off .Apparently the product was ok but takeaway was minimal , he did not have a delivery service which probably hurt also , it’s a shame for the guy as he made a beautiful job of decorating the place etc .I’m the end he was way behind in rent and he was thrown out basically and the equipment held.

I have been a pretty inactive member here for a couple of years, and I am positive that even the the harshest-sounding advice you are getting is well-intentioned.

Well....I am not so new...But has been guilty of being inactive for such a long time and not reply to any request to my inbox lately so I thought it's appropriate to introduce myself again here to reconnect with people. 

I have seen it in action, even with people on a tight budget.

However, I am wanted to obtain my MD REA license but I'm not interested in actively working as an agent (...yet).
