I'm not an advocate of adding subsidized programs (like you guys, I think we should be getting rid of many of them), but that doesn't mean that all gov't subsidized programs are bad.If they'll keep children healthy and the population safe, I'm all for it.

well, take heart in knowing that if you buy at the right price, you can always make deals. she may be right that perhaps in your area sellers are being stubborn and aren't motivated enough to make the numbers work (they won't sell cheaply enough to leave a healthy profit margin for you). so what?

Morals and common sense along with a healthy does of intelligence are, in my opinion, needed for success.I've hired and fired a number of individuals with a laundry list of degrees who were obviously very smart, but they couldn't stand on their own in their respective fields.
