That’s actually what I’ve been considering since I submitted this initial forum post... so this really helps affirm that consideration!

I think the advantage my Barber job gives me will give me time to focus on wholesaling being that I don’t spend more than 30 hours a week at my job cutting hair currently and am able to bring in about 4.5-5.5k a month thankfully.

I've also beat on the door attempting to talk to him with no answer and a text sometimes takes hours to get a response.So back to the situation these people really cared and were concerned because one was the hair dresser that had drove over to check on him.

So the initial situation has A LOT of hair on it.

I have never met a construction worker who has perfect hair, skin, and a tool belt without sawdust on it.

Her boyfriend is actually from Arkansas and everybody likes him including my parents so she has not been very effected by her red hair.  

The listing agent has affirmed she is just a paper pusher on this transaction which leaves my only contact as Hubzu.
