Start a non profit and have a security guard on site and a full time legal assistant and therapist.

Would NREIG/AGM & and or ACM have preferred it if I had hired a security team to guard the property too???

I was not trying to say the sky is falling but simply watch out the market has changed and in the past that has caught people off guard and boom they went bust

The US Coast Guard is influential.

This tactic may catch them off guard, but as you talk with them nicely and set out a plan that is easily fitting with their schedule then they may accommodate it a lot easier. 

There are parts I like and would live and there are parts I would only go with a National Guard escort. 

I am putting all my eggs in one basket and guarding it with my life!!

For instance, the attack and death of a woman in san francisco... was not a Cane Corso, but instead the Presa Canario and yes, they are dangerous especially if they are trained to be guard dogs.
