You can make your money work for you.Unfortunately, I think it’s deeper seeded issues of fear and “financial security” that keep most of us from taking “that leap” and moving towards a life of wealth. 

I was reading about Detroid in National Geo Mag and it sound slike the city will bulldoze abandonned homes if the property tax is not paid and then seed grass and gift the lot to the neighbor who is stipp paying taxes.

You still haven't said one thing that you bring to the table (outside of seed capital) that every...single...other...person...says that they have as well. 

The answer everyone wants is 0 dollars, just hustle but I can say if you are going to do marketing you need to plan on spending 2,500-5,000 per deal in a competitive market(5,000 seed money will work if spent in efficiently) Hustle alone will not usually scale you fast enough. 

Which should be enough to pay a good portion of college if they chose to go or some seed money into learning to invest themselves.

We split profit up to the first 500k we make  LOL.. there you go already planting the seed if you work with us pay us your going to knock down 250k large.. that's what anyone reading that will focus on the 500k..
