Definitely striking one off the top of my bucket list. 

Did someone give you a bucket of cash with the admonition, "you must give this bucket of cash to an investor in Providence Rhode Island"?

Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying. 

That versus a 2 million Starbucks with 1 lease to look at.So for me I put properties into buckets of work load versus return and decide if it is worth it to accept the business.

That way I just barf out one set of labels for that day, 3 months prior, 6 months prior, etc or whatever and slap them on the pile for that day ad drop them in the weekly batch bucket. 

From experience I'm not convinced on the air purge method.Instead I use a 3/4 HP submersible pump in a 5 gallon bucket & pump fluid (usually the pink 'food grade' RV anti-freeze) through the lines.

It's not in the same bucket as Amazon or Apple, it's in the same bucket as stocks like the ones above.It's all moot anyway. 

Unless the 30K is a drop in the bucket in your reserves and it's just going to sit there earning you nothing, anyway, I'd hold on to as much as I could for future emergencies or your next investment property.

I'm really interested in pretty much any area that generates buckets of cash flow from the AHA, but I only have one house on that program.    

@Andrew SolanoIf your plan is to borrow from the 401(k) plan, you may want to consider making contributions to the Roth designated 401k bucket instead of the pretax 401k bucket.
