They have an on-site venue for weddings, so the tiny homes they have serve as a good hotel replacement for wedding attendees and I'm sure they stay pretty booked at least during the summer:https://weecasa.com/I also think the Western Slope (especially Ridgeway) might be a pretty good spot for something like this, either the same setup (weddings / tiny homes) or something similar, the only sticking point might be having enough nearby activities.

I consider the age of the product, the cause of the damage (gross negligence, abuse, or accident), the length of tenancy, and how the Tenant behaved in other aspects (timely rent, communicative, no lease violations, etc.).

It's such a disgrace to the whole system that so much money has been allotted for assistance and yet somewhere it's being just kept on hold with the cost being families losing their homes and in Mississippi they might even be having to return millions to the federal government since they're not dispersing the funds they received....clearly this system is/has failed.
