Also, in the case of NV, they have a privacy agreement with the IRS, giving some anonymity to NV LLC owners.

I kno for a fact that quite a few would write anonymous letters if needed.

If you are going to do this, file the report anonymously or have some other party do it for you so the owner can't tie the complaint back to you.I filed two complaints against a property next door to a house I manage.
