So I’m sure it depends on my comfort and investment strategy, but if I’m generally comfortable with market swings and want long term growth, what should I prioritize?

I thought I found a good replacement but it seems realtors who also try to do PM don’t prioritize PM clients.

I've started to get more focused on establishing a realistic scope of exam for the resources assigned on the job (especially when I am In Charge) - and communicating that - or prioritizing what could be cut or limited in scope if necessary.

Most just complain as they select one of their 200 channels or face in $800 phone as they drive away in a nicer car than I have.Nothing wrong with being broke as long as you still have hope and are willing to prioritize and improve. 

I also prioritize landlord references and pay stubs.

We prioritized the rehabs from lightest to heaviest, and started with the two lightest.

Thus, for my preference, I am prioritizing putting money into this account, which I do on a montly basis as well as in bigger chunks annually.Ultimately, I'm a proponent of a balanced portfolio which is really what I have - stock accounts, retirement accounts, education accounts, personal residence, investment properties.

Ironically, I believe that most of our upcoming financial woes will not be fully due to the government or to Wall Street (though they will both be part of it), but moreso will be due to our crumbling educational system, the lack of focus on higher education (all the idiots who want us to believe that higher ed is for 'elitists') and lack of entrepreneurship (resulting from the degradation in education).The countries that are already starting to kick our butts economically (China, India, etc) are the ones that have seen dramatic rises in their educational standards over the past 10 years and are the ones that continue to prioritize education for their children.I find it amusing that people think that there's been a dramatic turn of events in this country, yet completely ignore the long, slow slide from economic, educational and healthcare superpower 20 years ago to what we are now -- mediocre at best compared to much of the rest of the first world.

I just looked at my "to do" list (mine's electronic because I kill so much paper re-prioritizing throughout any given day) and found that I've completed over 150 items in the past month.

People prioritize things in their lives.
