I've got 17 years experience with software so am very capable and actually really enjoy number crunching & analysis part of this. 

So no never pay for analysis software or templates. 

When you couple it with their workflows and other third party systems like Zapier (which can connect you to a ton of other software services) and Globiflow you can pretty much create whatever you want.

I have a few ppl that are interested in borrowing money from me for real estate purposes, but i want to funnel the interest I get from that money into my business to be able to expense it out or just keep it separate as business income.So I do have  a single member LLC already set up for my software development business.

If you have a computer you can get fax software to use with a scanner.

I just like the fact that the experts run the numbers through their software (although I do my own checks as well) and if it doesn't jive, they won't give me a loan.
