I've just begin my journey into REI education, but I'm really excited about the opportunities it can provide got myself and my family.  

I've just joined BP, too, and the encouragement I've received so far is around making a plan, getting involved, and taking action.

@David Hays  I've just found Airbnb to be so restrictive.  

I recently found a property that interested me due to the cash flow it is bringing in, in a marketplace where that is not the easiest to find especially when you are the new guy.
