My plan right now is actually looking at condos in the Las Vegas area that can be used as an Air BnB.

I am trying to figure out if I should keep building the multifamily portfolio or try some Air BnB

I have $100,000 liquid that I want to invest in Air b n b and get as close to my “financial freedom” number of $4500 cash flow.

My question to the group is if I should rent or try the Air B&B route?

Recycling isn't about making people feel good, it is about reducing landfill waste, keeping the air clan and reusing natural resources to reduce cost.

I know a guy who does this but he is the one leasing the unit and re renting on air bnb.

They're rated to heat down to certain temperatures so check what those are, but they are a great way to get heat and air.  

I'm in Georgia and I've got one house that has no central air. 

Items such as the roof, heating and air conditioning system, plumbing, hot water heater and siding are all items that may need to be repaired and/or replaced depending on the condition. 

Excellent schools, major research university, clean air (outside of wildfire season!)
