I m exhausted but determined and excited!

(Side note: We actually had a much higher than expected ARV appraisal come in yesterday and I'm getting more and more comfortable that we've structured the deal in such a way as to withstand some of the ARV deterioration possible during a recession)

This is just a before and after (All he did was drywall, I've done everything else myself) I was basically exhausted after laying the hardwood flooring and all the demo/electrical/sub floor repair.

We have children just starting to hit their teenage years and quality of life became a major factor.We have plenty of chess moves left, but the thought of diving into another project is just exhausting.

There are too many variables, and until your business resources are strong enough to withstand a costly error, it's best to bring a professional along for the ride.

With so much equity sitting in one of these properties, I'm really debating this instead of exhausting my savings.  

We converted the small "storage" space into an added small second bathroom with stand-up showers on each side.

Or is exhaust hood ventilation fine?
