Very cheap in my town and saves tenants from walking through mud, etc from their car to the house.- Keep the little things on the outside of the properties painted and in good repair...mailboxes, porch lights, railings.

Indy can vary greatly street by street, so a good team on the ground will help you avoid the war zones [we have very few] and other undesirable areas.Do you have some criteria you are wanting to use to narrow down some properties?

While you are under there check for termites and mud trails.. :)

They have a big nice older home on 1/3 of an acre, but the house needs some work and it's in an undesirable area in SW of town.

Hey @Evan Torrens Philadelphia is a city close enough that is interesting, I have not been down there a lot except to look at tax sale properties which were obviously in mostly undesirable neighborhoods.

If your that unhappy take the rescission if your not willing to take your money back and a big profit they are offering then.. its just mud slinging.
