Well it looks like ill finally be getting into my first house-hack as long as everything in the buyers process goes smooth.

It's a pretty smooth process. 

Now the dog even goes to SCHOOL with my child bet you can imagine how that first went over but the trainer came in we showed the dog everything went smoothly.

I ended up using a local bank due to the ease of communication, the financing terms, and the lender I was working with personally invests in real estate so it made the process very smooth when we found a property.

But it sure is nice to get a smooth refi process and not worry about hitting a limit and having to start all over with a new strategy.Best of luck!!!

It is not always smooth sailing in rentals. 

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.

Zoom calls & FaceTime has made the process seem extremely smooth and a lot more convenient than having to fly(even if I could).

It includes closet door track not completely smooth, blinds not holding up well when pulled up half way, balcony floor has weather stains, two cabinet door laminate some peeling, etc.
