I would say on a typical 1500-2000 sf house, I would guess electricity to average $175-$250 per month year round, but could go from a low of $50 in winter to a high of $500 in the summer!

By isolating the county property card field "Pkg Price" for each REIT bought property, I can conclude that they have paid roughly (the field "Pkg Price" is based on tax stamps so is a rounded amount) $26.4M for the property in Wake county they acquired.

They will know a few places where you can get a good deal.Regarding cost, the part I under-estimated for flooring was all the other stuff besides the floor - underlay, quarter round, transition pieces, and so on.
