There is a lot to be learnt from just one concept in Finance, time value of money.

I am strong in finance/accounting (not a tax person though) and love spreadsheets as I used to work in corporate finance.  

I just got my degree in finance so I have that and more time than most people because I don't have a job yet. 

I think by the end of the year, I'll owe more in fines and taxes than the land is worth!  

I'm  completing my undergrad degree in Finance and hopefully aim to be a Financial Analyst/Financial Planner or CPA within the next couple years.

Town residents mostly work in city and a lot in finance.

I'm a buy-and-hold investor but if I were to sell I doubt I'll shout from the rooftops:  BUY MY WORST PERFORMING PROPERTY!  

I am a recent college graduate, I am extremely passionate about real estate investing as a business - this is not a hobby for me - My background is in finance, I am a very analytical person, I truly enjoy analyzing deals, crunching numbers and most importantly finding creative ways to maximize profit and minimize expenses.

The "subject to financing" is also an interest and being in finance, I think I could pick it up pretty quickly.
