Is this property management company mistaken, or if not, what are options to evict?

Just started using them recently and had no problems so far with two properties/tenants payments. the tenant on the other hand mistakenly double paid one month!

2) have the title/ escrow / settlement agent research this personal loan and  get a  payoff on it ...( its  either mistakenly  filed  or  the loan does have some security  tied to the home ...if tied to the home - getting a loan without the spuse signing cant be done ...was perosnal loan done  before or  after the divorce was finalized ?

@William Walker If I'm not mistaken, it's illegal for a licensed person to pay any sort of fee to an unlicensed person.
