I think their general stance is going to be to go with whichever comparable property has the greatest degree of similarity in terms of (probably, in this order): location, age built, quality of construction/current condition, and square footage.

The best way to estimate expenses is experience and knowledge of your specific asset type and market.For vacancy, that will depend on your market and the quality/desirability of your type of unit.

It has my peak seasons 2-3 times higher then my competitors but I think it's way too high and I'm going to have to drop prices dramatically later to get a booking.
