I'm new here I haven't gotten much time to post much here I've gotten a few advice on stuff and it's been hard to reply and thank people for the advise but it's been hard juggling my family and work see that my wife haven't been able to find stuff but I'm trying to make things better for my family so I'm asking for help with 2 things the no money down investment and a good website for accurate pre-foreclosure can anyone help i live in Brooklyn New York 

I am a newb, I have looked around but became very overwhelmed by the amount of information on all this stuff.

However, we need a place to lay our heads and store our stuff for a month or two while on the hunt.

The design for your business card is unimportant compared to other things -- just use a standard template and then focus your time on the important stuff, like finding deals.

I am reserving the master bedroom for another person who is considering renting that full time (and happens to be a tutor so that might work into a helpful situation for them both), and I would stuff myself into the last bedroom and share the hall bath with the part time tenant.Additionally something to consider is that I will be doing work on the house over this year including the kitchen, the new 3rd bedroom, and the hall bathroom.  

Don't underestimate a house full of "stuff".

Heres what i did, and i could have took the long way and i havent had any deals yet but ill break down my trial and error and the method i feel will work best for me.first, i searched zillow for homes that are selling for low cost, found the owners and mailed yellow letters of course-the problem with this is, a lot of these homes still have loans on them and probably bank owned already, the owner still lives there, theres already a realtor on the job, just way too many obstacles, i dont expect to get any calls from those letters but you have to start somewhere.next, i started searching on auction sites for homes that did not go up for auction yet or the auction expired-again, the problem with this is the homes are 9/10 bank owned. while some of them are foreclosures theres still extra loops to jump through.I considered buying lists of vacant homes and stuff but i am the most frugal person you will ever meet lol, its not that i cant afford to buy a list, its just that i know theres a different way and plus whoever made those list had to have someone else generating that list for them.

You can find hauls to get stuff out of the house for cheap that do a great job keep them around and don't let a deal not happens just because you might have to pay closing cost.
