, the market suddenly plunges because some dude named Jerryll took over the planet, your house catches fire because your contractor farted next to a blow torch...But apart from that, if you only buy deals that ARE good deals (good deals defined by doing your due diligence), you should be OK.

I am not going anywhere.Many people I know talk about leaving due to cost of living, high taxes, home prices but it's a case of the grass always being greener on the other side.

On to greener pastures :) 

Just listened to the replay of lottery story on planet money podcast and it was pretty funny. 

As soon as that becomes anecdotally pernicious with a viable legal threat I’ll see about 1031’ing to greener pastures , likely in the southeast

California slowly chopping the limbs off it's business communities and making investors flee to greener pasteurs. 

I've had 25 lower and 10 higher for about 15 years and am tapping out to greener pastures hopefully.I have a firm but fair stance. 

Money changes everything, it is the ultimate tool on planet earth, with it potentials are limitless, without it limitless is the lost potentials. 

Grass is always greener I guess!
